Marissa Berland has been in the Real Estate business for 10 years. She has produced millions of dollars in home, apartment, & commercial sales. Marissa began her real estate career when she set up an Atlanta-based consulting company that advised 300-2,000 unit residential apartment communities that were experiencing a below-occupancy rate. Her work in dozens of communities throughout the United States helped each client achieve 90-100% occupancy within 6-8 weeks.
She then moved to New York City and achieved Associate Broker Status.
In 2003 & 2004 she was Mark David & Co’s Top Producer and Company trainer and was then chosen in both 2006 & 2007 as one of NYC’s Top 100 Rising Stars in the industry. Her consistency, dedication, easy going attitude make her an amazing agent to work with. Marissa’s years of experience, working as both a Buyer’s and Seller’s agent, knows how to get the job done.
Marissa however has chosen to reside back in Atlanta and continue to pursue and expand her Real Estate career alongside her family who has an established company …TheBerlandGroup…. The Passion is clearly in the blood.
Marissa is also avid backpacker who has traveled extensively through 31 countries around the world and counting.
